B) Background check, LiveScan and document for each corporate officers, employees and volunteers.
The person must not be convicted/ plead guity/no-contest for any drug related felony or misdemeanor within 4 years. Prepare the following items for each individual

Original employee/volunteer application for each person.
C) Find a location for your medical marijuana Collective.
ldentify locations in the appropriate zone. Your location must be at least 600-1000 feet from schools, churches, child care centers, parks and other federal buildings. Prepare the following items:
Map of location
Coordinate of location
Exterior and Interior color photos of location, at least 4 x 6.
Floor Plan of location (include electricity plan)
If leased location: Lease Contract and Landlord Authorization (notarized)
2) Comply with Local Regulation: License and Permit

In this article, we use the example of the city of Santa Ana. In the city of Santa Ana, medical marijuana dispensary are allowed. However, cultivation is not allowed.
